Voici un petit guide des démarches à accomplir.

Les visites obligatoires :

Il y a 7 examens médicaux obligatoires pendant votre grossesse pouvant être réalisés par une sage-femme ou un médecin.

• 1ère visite avant la fin du 3ème mois : il vous sera remis une déclaration de grossesse et une prescription pour une échographie (sauf si votre médecin vous la fait directement dans son cabinet)
  
• Puis une visite par mois jusqu’à votre accouchement

Après la naissance :

Pour vous :

• 1 rendez-vous postnatal dans les 8 semaines suivant votre accouchement

Pour votre bébé, une visite à :

•  8 jours
•  9 mois
• 24 mois

Cependant une visite mensuelle est fortement conseillée la 1ère année.

Les échographies :

Il y a 3 échographies obligatoires. Elles peuvent être plus nombreuses en cas de grossesse pathologique.

•  la 1ère doit être pratiquée entre la 11ème et la 13ème semaines d’aménorrhée
• la 2nde dite échographie morphologique, est réalisée à 21-23 semaines d'aménorrhée, c’est une échographie très importante où tout est mesuré en détails. C’est au cours de celle-ci que vous aurez l’occasion de découvrir le sexe de votre bébé.
•  la 3ème s'effectue vers 31-33 semaines d'aménorrhée

 Vos démarches :

• Si vous habitez une grande ville, contactez au plus tôt la maternité que vous avez choisi afin de vous y inscrire !
  
• Vous devez envoyez avant votre 14ème semaine de grossesse (ou 16 SA), votre déclaration de grossesse fournie par votre médecin à votre CAF et votre CPAM afin de faire appliquer vos droits.
   
  - CAF : envoyez leur les deux premiers volets bleus de votre déclaration afin qu’elle calcule et vous informe de vos droits. En retour, vos recevrez un carnet de maternité.
  
  - CPAM : envoyez leur le dernier volet de votre déclaration. Vous recevrez en retour le "Guide de surveillance médicale mère et nourrisson ". Ce document vous indique le calendrier des examens médicaux à effectuer avant et après l'accouchement.

• vous devez aussi prévenir votre employeur au plus tôt par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception, avec en pièce jointe un certificat médical attestant votre grossesse et précisant votre date d’accouchement.

Dès la réception du document, votre employeur ne peut plus vous licencier (sauf faute grave) et ce jusqu’à 4 semaines après votre congé maternité.

Sachez aussi que si votre employeur vous licencie sans être au courant de votre grossesse, vous avez 15 jours pour envoyer votre lettre ce qui annulera cette décision.

Vos droits :

CPAM :

• Prise en charge à 100% des frais médicaux, d’analyse, de pharmacie, d’hospitalisation (en rapport ou non avec votre grossesse) à partir du premier jour de votre 6ème mois de grossesse et jusqu’à 12 jours après la date initialement prévue de votre accouchement.
  
• Sous conditions, vous pouvez percevoir des indemnités journalières pendant votre congé maternité.
  
• Les femmes enceintes ou ayant accouché travaillant de nuit ou étant exposées à certains risques, peuvent percevoir en cas de suspension de leur contrat de travail, une allocation journalière de maternité.
  
• Depuis le 1er janvier 2006, les femmes ayant accouché plus de 6 semaines avant la date prévue et nécessitant l'hospitalisation du bébé après sa naissance, peuvent bénéficier d'une période supplémentaire d'indemnisation par l'assurance maternité.
  
• Un congé maternité de 16 semaines (plus si vous avez déjà des enfants à charge)
  
• Un congé paternité de 11 jours consécutifs au plus. En cas de naissance multiple, la durée du congé paternité est de 18 jours consécutifs au plus. Le congé paternité doit débuter dans les 4 mois qui suivent la naissance de l'enfant. Le congé paternité s’ajoute aux 3 jours d’absence autorisée accordés par l’employeur pour une naissance
  
• 8 séances de préparation à l’accouchement
  
• 10 séances de rééducation périnéale et/ou abdominale

CAF :

Si vos conditions de ressources le permettent (cf caf), vous bénéficierez des prestations suivantes :

• PAJE (prestation d’accueil du jeune enfant) comprenant : 
  
  - une prime de naissance d’environ 840 euros que vous recevrez au cours de votre 7ème de grossesse
  
  - une allocation de base d’environ 168 euros du mois de naissance de l'enfant
  au mois précédent son 3ème anniversaire. Pensez à envoyer un acte de naissance à votre CAF dès la naissance de l’enfant !! 
  
  - un complément de libre choix du mode de garde 
  
  - un complément de libre choix d'activité dont le montant dépend de votre activité professionnelle et des enfants à votre charge.

• Allocations familiales :
  
  - Vous devez avoir au moins 2 enfants de moins de 20 ans pour en bénéficier, quels que soient votre situation familiale et le montant de vos revenus.Pour 2 enfants vous recevrez environ 117 euros par mois. 

• Allocation de parent isolé :
  
  - Pour bénéficier de cette allocation vous devez attendre un bébé et être célibataire, séparée, divorcée, veuve, ou vous avez un ou plusieurs enfants à charge et êtes veuf(ve), séparé(e), divorcé(e) depuis moins de 18 mois.
  La moyenne de vos ressources mensuelles des 3 derniers mois doit être inférieure au montant maximal de l'Api.
  
  - Vous toucherez en moyenne 550 euros par mois pendant votre grossesse et 735 euros dès sa naissance.
